At the reservation moment, You shall authorize us, either in written or verbally to use your credit card number to pay for your charges, and shall confirm to be fully aware of and to agree with our policies of reservation, payment, limitation of liability and cancellation. All reservations are subject to availability at the moment they are processed. Availability is not guaranteed until full payment is confirmed. Before confirming some reservations (duly identified and prior to filling contact and credit card details) , we may check availability directly with our hotel reservations desk.  It may take max.  24 hours to verify said availability and revert.

In order to avoid setbacks, You shall print your voucher and provide it at the moment of payment. Should you wish to change or cancell your reservation, please contact the hotel reception desk as soon as possible, mentioning the reservation number. We kindly suggest you read our CANCELLATION POLICIES carefully. Any change whatsoever in the reservation is subject to availability and rates re-quotation. The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card, as long as your reservation status is confirmed and it will appear in your  bank statement as “Hosteria Foike”.

For your reservation payment, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Otherwise, you may pay by bank transference. For further information, please contact  through e-mail the hotel reception desk.

Rates are in U.S. Dollars at the exchange rate of the transaction date. Please note that the amount that will appear in your credit card statement may vary up to a 3% in accordance with international foreign exchage fluctuation. “Hosteria Foike” shall have no liability for such fluctuation and, when accepting the present policies, You acknowledge having been informed about the foreign exchage rate fluctuation and agreeing with the U.S. corresponding charges. In case You require a tax invoice, please contact the hotel reservation desk.  For fiscal reasons,  tax invoices shall be issued after having enjoyed our services.

Any cancellation requirement shall be informed in written via e-mail to the hotel reception desk, mentioning the surname of the person who made the reservation.
